AI chatbot support and lead tracking for Japanese companies, grounded in their own docs.

A lead-tracking and customer-service platform built during my time at oVice — clients upload their own product PDFs and policies, and an AI chatbot answers customer questions grounded in that content, embeddable on the client's own domain.

Problem

Japanese companies wanted to offer customers self-serve support and answer product questions without building custom infrastructure per client, plus a way to see the leads that support conversations generated.

Approach

Helped build the AI chatbot test flow on OpenAI's Assistants/Responses API so it answers from a client's uploaded PDFs and product info, worked on the ReactJS/AWS Amplify platform, fixed bugs in the existing lead-tracking and viewer app, and built the custom-domain flow letting clients generate a certificate and embed the chatbot on their own site via a script.

Outcome

Clients can upload their own documents and get an AI chatbot that answers from that content, embedded on their own domain, with resulting leads tracked and viewable in the dashboard.
